FLAT RATE US SHIPPING & HANDLING PRICES
Our shipping & handling rates are much lower than USPS prices and are now adjustable by package size. Get free shipping when you order a minimum of $65.00 retail. Shipping rates are subject to change. Sales Tax may be added.

SHIP SCHEDULE
Please plan accordingly, considering processing times from your order date and where it falls on our ship schedule. Contact us for any questions or rush needs. We only ship on the following days:
Orders from Nov 1st - Jan 31st will ship Feb 10th.
Orders from Feb 1st - Mar 31st will ship Apr 15th.
Orders from Apr 1st - May 31st will ship June 10th.
Orders from Jun 1st - Aug 5th will ship Aug 20th.
Orders from Aug 6th - Sep 17th will ship Oct 6th.
Orders from Sep 18th - Oct 31st will ship Nov 10th.
No shipping during December or January.
US FULFILLMENT/PROCESSING TIMES/TRACKING
Typical Fulfillment takes 4 - 12 weeks. (Please see our Shipping Schedule Above)
*Fulfillment times are subject to change in cases of sickness or emergencies, so please order well in advance.
Look for a confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate email with tracking info when it ships. We fulfill orders only 6 times a year, so please plan accordingly. Message Athena Padilla if you need it sooner. (A "rush" fee may apply.) We do not check our messages or work on the weekends. If on the rare occasion that we process an order in longer than the specified times for reasons such as illness or backorder, we hope that you would be patient with us, and we will do our best to keep you informed.
US - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO SHIP?
You can generally expect packages to take about 2-4 business days to arrive after shipped, however delays
are possible at any time and Covid and Holidays cause unpredictable outcomes that may be out of our control. If your package has not arrived by 2 weeks of its scheduled ship date then contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund. Please note, that all orders are "pre-order" and only ship according to our ship schedule above.

US - CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you must change your order or add to your order, please do so within 24 hours or you will be subject to a processing fee of $5.00, and possibly additional shipping charges. We do not check our messages or work on the weekends. As our company grows it is increasingly difficult to double back through orders. There are also additional fees for us to do so. Thank you for your understanding.

US - SHIPPING DAMAGES or LOST
If your package gets damaged please email us a photo HERE. This is very important so that we can hold the USPS accountable and we can benefit from any applicable insurance.
If your package gets lost in the mail please inform us so we can help. You may be eligible for a retail refund.

Athena Padilla, owner and creator of NF10, is a mom of 5 kids and keeps very busy. As invigorating as it is, sometimes she just needs a break. So, products will occasionally be out of stock as she recoups. Feel free to order extra for gifts/friends. We generally restock once every 1-3 months. Ask us if DIY recipes are needed. We do not check our messages or work on the weekends. Thank you for your understanding.

Our international shipping costs have just dropped drastically! The only catch is that our website is not setup for international orders. Of course we value you as a customer so we have figured out a way to make this work. It's simple! In order to get the best shipping deal and to include a discount code that you may have, just contact us through email. We will help you process your order hassle free!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING PRICES
International shipping costs range from $8.99 - $34.99. Even better, International Shipping will not go higher than $25.99 for Canada and no higher than $36 for the rest of the world no matter the size of your order! (Sorry, no free or discounted shipping is available for international orders so that we can provide low shipping prices and cover shipping insurance.)

HOW TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Step 1
Collect the items you want to order in a shopping cart here on our website.
Step 2
Take a screen shot of your filled shopping cart.
Step 3
Email us your order. Please include your complete address and recipient's name. If you have any special requests for us, please let us know.
Step 4
Wait for an invoice or payment request to be sent to the email you shared with us. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to receive your email.
Step 5
Remit payment with in 24-48 hours of payment request.
