BASIC FREE RETURN POLICY

Retail items/sales tax may be refundable, but shipping is not refundable. Contact us prior to 30 days after receiving items so we can discuss dissatisfaction or damage/lost in mail, and to request a free return label or if a replacement is needed. We appreciate the opportunity to help you work through product usage and hair stats, to help us improve our service & products, as well as discover the best possible replacement product or alternate routines for you.

*NF10 Naturals Hair Growth Drops 120 Day MBG Policy

If you use NF10 Naturals Hair Growth Drops as directed for 4 months, at least twice a day & do not get less shedding, a healthier scalp, thicker/stronger hair strands, steadier or increased rate of growth, OR the beginning of new hair growth then contact Athena Padilla for a refund and a return label. Refunds will not be granted if not used as directed.

Hair tools, pamphlets, downloadables, and consultations are not refundable or returnable.

SUMMARY

Refunds will be issued only at the discretion of NF10 and stipulations may apply such as, but not limited to customer miss use, customer caused shelf life issues, and we will only issue one refund or exchange per item/per person, etc. We do not resale any returned items even if they are still sealed or unused due to hygiene or Covid restrictions.  Hair tools, pamphlets, downloadables, customized/specialty items, and consultations are not refundable or returnable. There will be no shipping & handling refunds unless you were overcharged mistakenly.  Gift cards generally cannot be exchanged for cash unless balance has dropped below $10 or in some cases where gift card is stolen if dollar amount is close to $10 within reason. Gift cards are non refundable and expire after 5 years form purchase date. Products with a money back guarantee become ineligible for refund, store cash, or replacement after 30 days from their arrival date, except Hair Growth Drops which is 120 days. Refunds will be issued to one of the following: Original credit card used or PayPal account used.  *See sections below for more details.

MY PRODUCT HAS A SHELF LIFE ISSUE/BEST BY DATES

If your product, in a highly unusual case, spoils before 30 days after delivery date please contact us with a photo of the product in question. We will need to ask you some questions to see if it was stored correctly and what the batch number is. We cannot regulate or guarantee the shelf life of any bottle that has been reused so no refunds will be issued on refills that are claimed to have a shelf life problem such as unusual changes in color, smell, or consistency after the transferring to a previously used bottle.  NF10 prepared products however, are only filled in new sterile containers.  NF10 prepared products should be able to be stored on your shelf anywhere from 30 days to 18 months if stored properly, but best by dates vary from product to product and batch to batch.  Proper storage is as follows: keep product bottles out of the sunlight, keep the lids on when not in use, do not let water drip inside them, only put clean hands inside, use NF10 original containers, and keep them in the fridge over extended periods of infrequent use.  Contact us with your product batch label for more specific "best by date" information. We cannot claim actual shelf life since we do not perform laboratory shelf life tests. Use at your own discretion.  Rest assured however, prepared products in NF10 original containers are guaranteed to arrive in good condition and are guaranteed to not change in color, smell, or consistency for at least 30 days from arrival date if stored properly. If our prepared products in NF10 original containers do have or develop unusual/adverse changes within 30 days of arrival date even with proper storage, we will replace them for you at no additional cost. Please refer to each product page for any changes that are considered normal or contact us. Each product is unique in this way; some may require shaking before use, etc. 

 

GIFT CARDS - REFUNDS/DORMANCY POLICY/EXPIRATION

CA law states that balances of $10 or lower must be refundable. Gift cards generally cannot be exchanged for cash unless balance has dropped below $10 or in some cases where gift card is stolen. Refunds are subject to the discretion of NF10. To be considered for a refund, please email athenawall@hotmail.com . Balances should be considered for the purchase of a variety of  NF10 items and to reduce the overall cost of NF10 retail during purchases. There are no dormancy fees. May not be refundable. To retrieve any applicable remaining balance of $10 or less you must contact us. Expires after 5 years from purchase date.

GIFT CARDS - THEFT or LOST

In the case where you gift card is stolen you must contact us asap so that we can do our best in a timely manner to help you retrieve your card balance. Refunds are subject to the discretion of NF10. To be considered for a refund, please email athenawall@hotmail.com. There is no guarantee that stolen cards will have a balance. We will not be held liable for unwanted use of any kind. If stolen, balance may be refunded back to the original credit card used. May take 3-4 weeks for funds to transfer. If lost, gift card number can be resent to the original email used to make the purchase.

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES/AUTO RENEWING ORDERS

If you order a subscription, you will be charged its initial price at the time of purchase, and you will be charged that same price each month on the renewal date you chose at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew on a reoccurring basis. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time in your profile area or contact us. If you need to cancel, please  do so 1-2 weeks prior to your renewal date. Refunds or replacements may be considered for the following reasons only: allergic reactions, shipping damages, and/or if products in a highly unusual case spoil before 30 days after delivery date. SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING
Items will ship after 2 business days of order/renewal date and may take up to 12 business days from order date to arrive.  It is suggested to set your renewal date within the first week of the month to ensure planned items will arrive within the same month. If you order towards the middle of the month or later, items scheduled may arrive the following month.
OTHER 
Substitutions of items may not be possible. Product will be replaced if damaged in shipping. Additional items may be purchased separately if in stock. A custom subscription box may be available, please contact us.
